Telkom is an embarrassment to South African companies

<p>This is my 3rd review of Telkom here on Hellopeter. The only thing that makes sense to me is that they give their employees incentives for bad service. Otherwise I cannot fathom how a company can give such appalling service to paying customers. They are a prime example of why a monopoly should not be allowed in a country. I’m sure this will get yet another useless response from some social media representative and they will just laugh as they write it as I’m sure they are 100% certain that nothing will actually be done. I no longer know what to do as 6 months down the line I still have received nothing but empty promises from what I believe to be the worst company that ever existed. They are no better than a common ***** as they don’t stop charging you when they don’t supply the service they are meant to. Attached are the "awfully apologetic" responses of Noleen and Launa from my last posts. I’m sure I will get the same generic response for this post. </p>
