Telkom is an absolute *******!!!

I've been experiencing problems with my telkom line since August 2019...I've signed up for a R99 10gig contract, however my account has been debited with R598 since December 2019... Which I'm not liable for, I have disputed the amount since then, I've wasted tones of airtime trying to resolve the ongoing issue with telkom & unfortunately to no avail!!! My line has been suspended once again & @ this crucial time of lockdowns too!!! @this point I am absolutely disgusted in telkom service & I'm not willing to be listed @ the credit bureau because of telkom incompetence!!! Any assistance regarding this matter would highly be appreciated. Kind Regards Miss N Taliep ***
