Telkom is an absolute nightmare..

Telkom refuses to close our account, they bill us 2x a month , the modem they sent us has never worked. It has been 2 years and we can't get rid of them from continued billing. Their consultants are demonic, their email addresses don't work. . They don't respond. We live in the Karoo, hundreds of km away from a Telkom. They flatly ignore us. But debits keep coming and they double the amounts , so 200 becomes 400 becomes 800 becomes 1600 .. now I keep the account empty because they just keep doubling the bill. Now they have handed us over.. perhaps now we can talk to somebody who will listen.
