Telkom is an absolute hazard to your business.

Had an amount paid over to my deposit account instead of my normal account. My business Fibre is now suspended. Have logged numerous queries to have the funds transferred. Now I get an sms to say I have been handed over to debt collectors. Zunaib Mohamed tells me she has got an email confirming that they account will be unsuspended and the next conversation, the call centre says I have to pay another R 3,100 whilst we wait 10 working days for my dispute to be resolved. I don't care what it costs, I what my account with Telkom cancelled now!
