TELKOM IS ALWAYS DISAPPOINTING TO DEAL WITH!

Telkom should not advertise deals if they DO NOT HAVE STOCK!!! I did an online application for a laptop deal. Completed all necessary details like gross and net salary, total expenses for the month and submitted the application. About 2 days later I received a call from a telkom consultant.She confirms with me the laptop name and the details of the deal... and advises that she needs to ask me a few questions to submit the application. She asks me to provide my salary details and expenses for the month ( SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF COMPLETING THE INFORMATION ONLINE ????????????? ONLY TO BE ASKED AGAIN) . The consultant then gets back to me saying I am approved but unfortunately, they have no stock of the laptop. OKAY!!! SO BEFORE YOU CALL YOUR CLIENTS, DO YOU NOT FIRST GET ALL INFORMATION IN ORDER BEFORE MAKING THE CALL. YOU WASTE MY TIME BY ASKING ME QUESTIONS WHICH I ALREADY SUBMITTED WHEN I DID THE ONLINE APPLICATION, AND ONLY TO TELL ME YOU DO NOT HAVE STOCK. But that is only the one half of my issue. WHY IS TELKOM ADVERTISING DEALS WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE STOCK !!!! I AM RATHER GOING TO TAKE A DEAL OUT WITH VODACOM. SINCE TELKOM IS TERRIBLE AT PROVIDING A SERVICE. GET YOUR STORY STRAIGHT WHEN ADVERTISING !!!
