Telkom is all Promise and no deliver

Good day. We are a hotel in the Southern Peninsula.<br> We rely heavily on our credit card machine and telephone calls. Our lines stopped working (although we are still paying) for about 3 weeks now. we keep on phoning in and reporting that we need the line to be fixed here by us, and all we get are reference numbers, promises that the matter is being escalated, and promises that a technician is being sent out. We keep on asking how far they are every day, with the following reply : \A Technician has not been given the job yet."<br> <br> It is important for us to have our phone lines up and running. It is ridiculous too see that nothing has been done in three weeks"
