Telkom is abusing us

We have a contract with Telkom for 120gigs per month (60g day and 60g night suffer) since last year October. However, this month (February 2020) our day data finished on the 8th of February...We called Telkom custom care and it was like speaking to a robot, two agent were totally unhelpful, kept saying we were connected according to they system but we were at work during the day so how is it that we were connected-they couldn’t answer. And our WiFi router has a password, no one knows it! So we asked for a Supervisor so we spoke to Paul who was worse than agents stubborn and he had I don’t care attitude. He said we were connected for 24hrs at one stage but our night data is still 58gigs available even now so how were connected for 24hrs. We ended up requesting his email, his manager’s email so we can send correspondence rather...after the email was sent Paul called us back (this was on Sunday the 9/03/20) and he confirmed that there is a problem because there a day we were connected for 35hrs straight but he can see that our night data is still 58gigs so he will forward to his IT team and call us back with feedback within 72hrs. Today is the 18th and we have been calling Telkom and they keep saying “your query is still in progress blah blah” yesterday I spoke to another supervisor Siphiwe and I told him that we have paid for this data but we can use it so we have to buy prepaid data, we have paid for Netflix but we can’t watch it without data so is Showmax and our daughter’s game Homer which helps her with school. When we ask to terminate our contract because of poor service, They say we need to pay early termination fee and the WiFi router fee +-R1800 but we didn’t do anything wrong, we are the victims here and they can’t help us, why should we pay for cancelling a product that’s not working as we were promised. Telkom is abusing us, emotionally and financially because we are still paying for other products that we took because we had their data contract
