Telkom is absolutely useless

Telkom is absolutely useless. I've been having such a problem with them. Can't go to the store for help because they dont care. Can't ask agents on social media, they send you back to the store Its an on going cycle and nobody seems to want to assist. Yet my contract is paid on time every month
