Telkom is absolutely useless and pathetic

Telkom is pathetic I took out wifi with them and canceled it, I have all the correspondence telling them to cancel it. They kept asking for me to send my ID which I did so many times then after a few months they reply to me and tell me they can't cancel because the account is in arrears yet i asked to cancel long before that. Now they have the nerve to go and black list me. Telkom is absolutely useless.
