Telkom is absolutely useless and gives extremely poor customer service all round

<p>I am an existing customer with telkom for the past 4 years. I have a contract by them for a 20mbps uncapped and unshapped internet package. Recently my line speed dropped to less than 1mbps and when I phone telkom they just reboot my account on their side and then my speeds goes up to 8.66mbps but never the full mbps or atleast the usual 16mbps i always used to get. It has been like this for three weeks now and telkom has still not resolved the issue or fixed the problem. They are quick to send me my invoices for the account balance of R1900 each month but they are rediculous and extremely slow at fixing my problem.</p>
