Telkom is Absolutely pathetic and useless

<p>Our telkom telephone line and Wi-Fi has been off for 3 weeks already. Have reported it 3 times at there offices and telephonically reported it and not even one phone call revieved back. No technician sent out either. I just get told that they will get back to me. </p>
