Telkom is absolutely nonsense

I ordered two landline look alike phones from Telkom on the 29th of June and they only delivered one phone with no sim cards. When i call their customer service they only telling me that the other phone and two sim cards are with their couriers, the is nothing they can do because Telkom does not own a courier company. When i checked with their courier company after getting their numbers from Telkom, i was told the is no such order on their system.
