TELKOM IS ABSOLUTELY *********** !

Telkom is the most *********** network provider. Their online chat agents are extremely unhelpful and useless. I have been trying to change my banking details for the past 4 months and each chat consultant ensures me that the new details have been changed , however, every single month I have billing issues. They try to debit from the old account and when they debit bounces, due to their incompetency, I have to pay R202.74 for it which is RIDICULOUS!!! I have been promised that a manager would give me a call within 24hrs and it has now been over 24 days, I'm still waiting.. I do not recommend this network provider at all!!!
