20Mbps LTE Wireless Unlimited (All Hours) D-LINK AC1200 DB @ R669 x 24 Months

This is my contract. To my dismay I have issues every month. Here from the 20th I have minimal to no connectivity. Yesterday I call Telkom after the how many times to find out what’s going on. After my second call I get told I get throttled after a certain amount of usage. So please explain to me what “UNLIMITED” means because then DSL telecom and Telkom owes me money for the anguish I have been going through theses last 12 month. Selling you a service and *****ing from you actually. Yesterday I get told they will escalate it to the back office. Is our land so ******* that they can follow simple rules like follow an instruction of UNLIMITED. How many others are they de*****ing. Telkom is truly pathetic.
