telkom is ****

had such a nasty experience with telkom .my debit order did not go off on my account so i went in to telkom were they told me to pay at pick and pay ,i made the payment a few days after making the payment telkom phones me and ask when im making payment i then told them i make payment and then send proof of payment via whatsapp i then get a few phone calls a couple of days later were they told me i had to make payment within 24 hours i then had to send proof of payment again .they keep dropping my credit score now and i dont know what to do i have never missed a payment nor ever been late for a payment
