Telkom is ****!!

It been 2 months without any internet on my ADSL ROUTER, I have reported it many times they promised to send technician till today nobody has come to fix the problem or giving me an update on the problem I have reported. They must just come and take their router if they do not want to fix the problem 😡😠😡😠😡😠😡
