Telkom is a worst service provider ever

Telkom is ***********, inconvenient and a worst service provider. They are negligent with clients informations because ***** took place under their nose. I logged a ***** case on 31st January 2020 and till today its not yet resolved. My plans are on hold because of Telkom. I took days off from work visiting their stores but they just useless. If you think of joining telkom I'd advise you that it would be a worst decision you'd take in your life. Telkom is USELESS.
