Telkom is a waste of time and money.

Telkom is one of thee worst service providers if you are looking to take a contract with or anything!

No one likes to complain but with Telkom it's hard not to.

For further information I have a wifi contract with Telkom, and needs to say it isn't the best, however this was needed to work from home and for school during covid. I have a monthly debit order that is set for the 1st of every month, telkom will debit one month and then not dwbit the next and charge you a late fee of R250 in the last three months I have been hospitalized and did not have time to check if telkom has debited me like they were supposed to, Once home Telkom cuts of internet and charges me a bill for 3 months and a late fee for each month, this was paid immediately although this was their fault, we then had to speak to an agent to get assistance with the wifi connection being restored, and this took 3 hours after multiple agents dropped the call, all in all Telkom is not a good choice if you would like to save your money or time
