Telkom is a waste of money

Telkom never has network coverage. Even on WIFI. It's funny how I buy data monthly however I can never use it and somehow that data expires without me being able to use it because there is never coverage. I even cancelled my contract because of this after having used it without a problem for 5 years. Suddenly the network is terrible and this has been going on since December Honestly Telkom needs to pick up their socks.
