Telkom is a useless service provider

Moved from LTE to Fibre with Telkom. Wanted a contract so that we wouldnt pay for the equipment. Were charged over R3000 for the equipment. Sent a number of emails, since everyone said "no, contact this other email address". Limit on my debit order was R1500, which Telkom deducted, and then proceeded to turn off my fibre. One cant even get hold of a person to talk to. Over the past year we have had other bad issues with Telkom service. I will absolutely discourage people from supporting Telkom at all!
