Telkom is a USELESS service

I've been waiting over a month for Telkom to move and install our business landline and internet from one address to our new address. I've been to Telkom 5 times and the people keep telling me their system is slow and that the order is processing and that they'll call me back with more information and updates about the installation and every time they lie to my face and never call me back. This is pathetic. We pay our account every month and for what?? We can't even use the landline and the internet!!
