Telkom is a useless company with empty promises🚮

Telkom is a ****mer!!

How is this even legal? I have a router that i should be paying R539 for, subscribed to amazon prime video for R79 which makes a total of R620. My debit order is set to debit every last day of the month. Please tell me why some months they debit R1800? Some R860?. When i go the branch in the Atrium shopping centre no body takes me serious, the other day the guy literally chased me away saying they will call me! On top of that they randomly just suspend my subscription, debit on any day they please, what the f is that??.

I went and ask to open a complaint case the store manager came and pretended to help me even signed with my thumbs in cancellation of other subscriptions i never heard off since that day… when i thought everything was fixed boom R866 was debited in my account on the 26th of Oct, this makes me sooo furious and i am taking this to another platform is my matter is not ressolved, i feel ****med and super disrespected i have to go there every other week leaving my small business that needs me, for a big ****ming company that promised to help me.. but failing epicly, not to mention now when i go there no one wants to attend me. The store manager literally runs and hide. I am so angry…..😡
