TELKOM IS A USELESS COMPANY! JUST CLOSE DOWN!!!!!

I have ordered for a telkom line and adsl for over 2 months. After numerous calls they finally came to install yesterday. however I can't use the service because it is suspended!!! I have not been supp**** with an account number! I don't even have an account number in order to query my account. I have been calling their call center since yestrday, desperately choosing different options in the hope of getting someone. I hold on for no less than 30 minutes each time, yet no response. I have trawled their website with over 300 pages, half of which throws errors! Why is TELKOM still in business??? I have family working for them and i have advised them to look for other jobs. Hundreds of complaint here on HelloPeter, still they don't care. I am so ashamed to be associated with this company!
