TELKOM IS A USELESS BUNCH OF *******

Telkom will ***** your money!!!! 1. I opened a cellphone contract in January. I took out the contract that gives 20G data for 3 months. (10G Day 10G Night) I didn't recieve the data and logged a case. 3 MONTHS later case was "resolved" and I didn't get my data. Called them, lady said the case wasn't filed correctly and she will open a new one. After a lot of calling and complaining, a month later I started recieving my data.

2. My contract was taken out for around R300 pm. They are deducting R580 from my account each month. I disputed it and got the answer that I went over my limits. I CLEARLY STATED in January that my account must not go over at all. Needless to say it exceeded and they refuse to give it back because I used it already.

I now have 10G day 10G Night data. 10G day and 10G night Cell C wifi. My mother never uses all her data so I use the hotspot when mine is used up. How the **** could I go over my "limit". I do not even call that often and if I call it's my mother who is also telkom so it's free.

Call Telkom customer service- you need to go into the shop. Go into the shop- you need to call them.

They are Pathetic!!!!!! They refuse to help you I will not recommend Telkom to anyone.

Ps: Asked them to cancel my contract. Lady said they cant do it in store and you will pay penalty.

Trust me, when this contract is over, I will never go back.
