Telkom is a total ****

Telkom continues to **** people despite appearing as the cheapest network service provider.

Two weeks back I purchased a lot of airtime and also got free bonus airtime in return, only to realize that the airtime had disappeared without me even using it. On Sunday I purchased another airtime worth R100 and got an additional R100 free airtime. Again when I look today the airtime is gone.

When I try to call them, the option to speak to an agent has been disabled, the same way it happened the other time. I don't know why I continue to use this network.
