Debiting my mother's account but the home fibre hasn't worked since the 9th of May 2025. You don't even send a technician to fix the issue. Your people call and all they do is sell us more expensive packages instead of fixing the problem. Horrible service and disgusting employees that just want to chase targets instead of solving your issue.
