Telkom is a thieving company

The worst! I logged numerous complaints with several agents about a bill dispute. Each time they say the issue is in the process of being resolved, the next time I'm billed it's the same issue. I've spent hundreds of Rands paying overdue bills which was not supposed to be so in the first place. I need a resolution and I need it now!
