Telkom is a ***** of peoples hard earned money.

Horrible experience with Telkom mobile, I received a call in December where by I was offered a Samsung s10, I agreed when the handset arrived it was not the handset we agreed on so I called to have the handset picked up as I was told I can do when the agreement took place, a few days later the handset was picked up, come Jan my account gets debited by Telkom, I have the amount reversed, a week later Telkom debits my account again , this is theft at its basic level they make getting ahold of them difficult if your not on the network , Telkom has been *****ing from me. This is ***** and it’s costing me in charges.
