Telkom is a *****!!!

I had a contract with telkom and everything was fine untill they knew my contract was coming to an end...I call in two month in advance for the cancellation and again the month before this was in March that the contract ended...after that month after month they are debiting R202 of which I don't know why called customer care requested a paid up letter still nothing. Telkom is basically *****ing from my account. Never ever take a telkom contract.
