Telkom is a terrible service provider!

Last week and Wednesday 30th March I app**** for a data simcard on contract. The consultat called on the same day to verify and confirm that I was approved, today is 6th April 2022 and I have still not received any feedback or communication regarding the delivery of the purchase! No update at all

I have tried to get hold of them for 3 days and to no avail. I have called, emailed, used Twitter as well as Facebook messenger and still no one has gotten back to me!!!! They are such a huge telecommunications company but can't look or attend to a client
