Telkom is a terrible service provider

I had the worst experience with telkom as I'm sure many have. From mid October 2018 til now, I have had no telephone landline and internet due to copper wire theft in my area of Montclair, Durban. And unlike most people who were contacted first about the "new" wireless telephones that telkom was offering for free, I was not. My line got cut for 3 months now and Telkom did nothing to rectify this problem. I've phoned the call center over 10 times and went to the stores and they either refer me to each other or say they can't do anything. No one in Telkom can help me with this Telkom issue. I was promised that I'd get my devices and it would come to me after 10 working days and nothing did. When I called the call center they said no order was made and they didn't even know the agents full name of what I was told. Telkom has promised me to rectify this problem and no effort to fixing it was made. I'm completely done with them. Their service delivery is terribly poor even for a RSA company.
