Telkom is a terrible service provider

Telkom is by far the worst network provider I have ever used. Their sense of urgency is absolutely appalling. In my area we have been experiencing bad network issues and yet we logged the issue last week. We wanted to opt getting fibre instead but even that no technician has come to test whether it will work for us or not. I currently have 3 contracts with them yet they are so useless because I can’t use the internet. I want to terminate them so badly and move to another network provider
