Telkom is a ****-*****-STARS

I have a bad experience with Telkom for months now. There was a ***** activity on my account by Telkom employee , she /he bought a Y16 phone on my name. I have submitted required documents to conduct investigation by Telkom which was done and concluded . I have called and visited the branch in Clearwater with no luck, as per their conclusion they have to refund me since from November 2024
