Telkom is a Soul-less Monster and Should be taken down.

Non-existent service is putting it nicely. I tried all and any means of trying to get my issue resolved but they simply do not care as long as they are taking your money every month. The service is decent, but I cannot deal with their *********** staff hired based only on their race who are completely incapable of handling the simplest of queries. I have already switched and will cancel my contract and just pay the godd*mn fees that I have to as soon as I get the chance because this is truly getting to be too much to handle.
