Telkom is a S***m

I took an insurance for a device from 2019 September and tried to canceled 2023 July, and it was successful canceled on the 03 Jan 2024. They deducted the money from my account July 2023 and I reversed the money. According to my contract with them if 2 consecutive months are not paid automatically the insurance will lapse, to my surprise today am sitting with the threats that they are gonna send summons.

I tried to resolved the matter with them so many times sending emails with all the documents they asked me but no one came back to me.
