Telkom is a **** show, another SOC bound to go under.

I requested to cancel one of my cellphone contracts with Telkom, following which I sent the outstanding balance to pay, which I did. But to my surprise, my other number then got suspended due to non payment. I called in and I was told my payment has not reflected on their end and I should send the proof of payment by an agent whose e-mail address is ***, which I did. Four days later my number is still suspended, I call in to follow up, I get a different agent who wants to now send the proof of payment to her. I requested to speak to the manager instead citing that I had already gone through the process she is trying to initiate. 32 minutes later, i am still placed on hold waiting to speak to the manager. Telkom is **** show, total disregard for customers.
