Telkom is a **** show

Telkom is the worst service provider ever, I have spoken to 3 different agents and not one of them was very helpful. I spoke to lungile to assist with a query, I called Tuesday or Wednesday to advise that I was moving and I would like to move my fibre line to a new address, she advised me that the WIFI will cut on Thursday and the guys will come on Friday and provided me with a reference number ***. `I then called today and spoke to Prudence Skosana and Samatha Ngcobo and they were of no use I clearly asked to speak to a manager and they refuse, Lungile has not informed me of the 5 to 7 business day waiting period, I will take this matter further as we work from home and now we do not have wifi at the new place
