Telkom is a **** service provider!

I have cancelled our telephone line last year November 2018. And till date they are debiting an old Bank account. And the bank is charging me. Even after numerous calls and emails back and fourth, they still debiting me. Absolute nonsense, worst service ever. This company should stop robbing consumers and close down. I want them to pay my fees as they don't know how to follow up and do their jobs.
