Telkom is a ***** service provider

They do not deserve a star, my husband and I took 2 iPhones on contract last year November, our phones were blocked due to “insufficient funds” in my account whereas there was funds, but I made manual payment first week of January but our accounts are still blocked. When we call they tell us to wait 12 to 24 hours. We have been waiting for 12 to 24 hours for the past three weeks. They have debited their money for the month of Jan and they have not allocated the funds. When we call 081 180 we get different stories.
