Telkom is a *******

So i took a contract with Telkom of a phone abd 2 simcards now my contract was supposed to be terminated on the 2nd of February 2023 I logged a cancellation on their website and received a confirmation sms of the case and I called agin month end of January to check if I indeed logged the cancellation, they said it is logged and i will make last payment in February and which i did today .. and I check my bank statement to my surprise i pay R334 monthly for my contract but in January they debited R348 I called the account to let them know and they told me they logged the query to check y days went by no response i reversed the 348 and made the usual agreed payment of 334 and they have the nerve to say they’re charging me rejection fee wer as they are the ones who went above board and debited more.. today i called again to check if my contract is indeed canceled i was told no if i want to cancel they can cancel for me immediately mind you i was told this in January and we now in march.
