Telkom is a ******* and they careless

Telkom SA is a ******* I canceled the contract with them last year May with Zero balance, but today they debited R1150 on my account, for what I don't owe them a cent, they must stop this nonsense, this is a day light ******* I have a telkom prepaid number and telkom app, in just noticed that I have 2 new telkom contract that im not aware of, and I'm surprised because telkom have all my original cellphone number and my details on their system.
