Telkom is a **** with its employees

Telkom is by far the most useless. On 2019 December I did an early upgrade for my phone. The new contract started in January 2020. I never missed a debit order, I called on November to say after my last debit order (24 months contract) I don’t want to continue or get another device. They consultant cancelled and gave me the cancellation feee. Now they say I owe them money because I had 2months left. What ridiculous nonsense is this??? Do they offer 26 months contracts nowadays???? Word of advice if you want a contract stay away from Telkom you will regret it trust me. Even worse when I did the early upgrade I was not told about any fees, and the fees were ridiculously very high. I’m done with Telkom.
