Telkom is a ****, unauthorized deductions. Stay away from that R139 gig deal

I have had a router contract with Telkom for more than two years now, Since it got renewed this year. And I decided to get a second router for my siblings since they offered me a good deal. Now after I got the second router, they have been deducting +-R1800 from my account every month saying the router redirects or something like. Yet that second router is not even being used because my siblings are staying at an area that does not have network coverage. So I truly believe that I am being ****med by Telkom. I cannot afford this 1800 that they deduct. I just wanna stop all their debit orders. Rather lose an account with them. I’m tired
