TELKOM IS A **** SERVICE PROVIDER

Telkom is the worst service provider I came across. Just been handed over to VVM Debt Collectors. I app**** for a Fibre line in July. I never received any communication after that, I waited for 2 months and still nothing happened. I then cancelled the application. In October and November, a debit order went through from my account, for a Fibre device that was never installed at my house. I reversed the debit. They attempted again in November. I went reversed the unauthorized debit again. Now I’m being handed over to debt collectors for something that I don’t even have. I’ve been calling numerous times but no help!!! So frustrated. You putting my name in the mud by handing me over to debt collectors. I won’t pay this money. What an immature business Telkom is. I have a 2 iPhones with you. I have a WiFi router with you. And is this how you thank me? I regret joining TELKOM.
