Telkom is a ****!!!! I want my money

Appalled by the service I received from telkom. So i did an application online after a number of follow up with the sales person i was told to R700 to have my app approved. After 3days or so I decided to pay because i was desperate for a phone even though it wasn't clear why i need to pay a deposit. After sending my proof of payment i was told it was a mistake so i need to reverse the money,which ofcos I didn’t because bank charges! Since then iv been trying to someone to assist but no one is will to help.iv spoken to Wendy Kubheka and Xolile From sales both useless and show no remorse for the the mistake they did!
