TELKOM IS A ****, I WANT MY MONEY !!!

Telkom is such a disappointment, I was warned about it and now I regret it, Telkom deducted R1800 from my account claiming that I owe, yet I paid full amount, and I even have proof. The call centre lady said she would report my inquiry I haven't heard anything. The worst part is I can't get hold of them now. My advice to other people is never take anything with Telkom, they are terrible!!
