I've head people complaining about poor service from Telekom but I didn't pay attention coz I was a loyal customer, up until I had to experience it myself. Calling all their customer service numbers without getting assistance on why you were billed such a crazy amount. Please be careful people Telkom is going to ruin your life and credit score, I regret considering them.
