TELKOM IS A ****

I had 2 cellphones on contract with Telkom. The last payment was on the 27 January 2020,i even received an email a month earlier are giving me a discount for that last month because I never missed a premium. I was surprised that end of February 2020 they debited my account with the same amount of January of which I reversed it. End of March I was debited R114 I did not reverse. Now to my surprise I received a statement that end of April 2020 I will be debited an amount of R220. I am not happy at all because I am done paying, I even went to the store in January to get a confirmation letter my account is settled but I was told there is no letter but they can confirm my account is paid off. They gave me insurance number Finrite to call them as I also wanted to cancel the insurance, I called them and also I was not given any confirmation letter but the confirmation by phone. Telkom is a **** and I would like to expose them.
