Telkom is a ****

Telkom gave me a very bad customer service ever.I had phone contract with them,which was supposed to be 2yrs.I paid on time for more than a year and half,then 2020 I lost my job just like everyone in that year.Last year I reported that am not working and my phone was ******.I was told there's nothing they can do.I went again yesterday because they have been sending me emails.I was told to pay R2100 so that they can open my sim,I owe them R2200 and I earn R3500.So how is it I've been charged for something I don't have and the contract ended long time ago.
