Telkom is A **** and the Workers are so much ***********

I took a 24 Month Internet Contract with Telkom , and i Left South Africa for Canada because of some personal Problem, I have being trying to cancel my Telkom account since November 2017 till date without success , when ever i chat the service representative they tell me different things such as they did not receive my cancellation request, i have and out standing fee, i resend numbers of times and paid all the fee. last week they confirmed they got the fee and today to my surprise they said the contract is 24 months and i have to pay for the full 24 months before they can cancel the contract and i have to also pay for contract cancellation. Hellopeter Please help me out to Cancel my contract with this **** company and *********** workers who does not know what they are doing. And its like they doing everything to get me blacklisted.
